CSX’s Help Desk is the key area that the entire CSX Service operation revolves around. It consists of a dedicated team of people responsible for receiving calls from customers and directing the requirement to the applicable resource. The call details are logged onto a “state of the art” call logging system where the progress of the call is monitored and is followed up and escalated when required.

Please see the “Products” section for a list of the products that we supply and support; and our “Contacts” page for a list of our branches and relevant contact personnel.
