We offer a free one year warranty with all equipment sold within South Africa. This warranty can be upgraded to a maintenance contract once the warranty has expired, details of which can be tailored to suit an individual client. CSX prides itself on providing excellent service.
CSX offers clients the choice of outright purchase, rental or rental to own options for all our equipment.
We have branches in Johannesburg, Cape Town, KwaZulu Natal, Port Elizabeth and Bloemfontein.
We recently opened CSX Customer Services Namibia (Pty) Ltd in Windhoek.
Our New Business Development Team is focused on supplying solutions into Africa and to date we have clients in Botswana, Ghana, Mozambique, Namibia, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe. We also provide maintenance services in Africa.
CSX’s Help Desk is the key area that the entire CSX Service operation revolves around. It consists of a dedicated team of people responsible for receiving calls from customers and directing the requirement to the applicable resource. The call details are logged onto a “state of the art” call logging system where the progress of the call is monitored and is followed up and escalated when required.

On 9 March 2001, the Promotion of Access to Information Act. No. 2 of 2000 (“the Act”) became operative, giving effect to the section 32(2) Constitutional right of access to information.
One of the main requirements specified in the Act, is the compilation of an information manual that provides information on both the types and categories of records held by a private body.
This document serves as the company’s information manual and provides reference to the records held by the company and the process to request access to such records.
